Booking:
After booking your appointment, there is a window of 2 hours max that you are given to make the deposit in the amount of $25.00 with your payment choice of the following payment methods: Square, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cash accepted at the time of the appointment for the rest of the balance. Failure to make the payment within the window will result in your appointment being cancelled. Please, contact 727-717-4001 to make your deposit, from there I will send you the preferred method of payment of your choosing to ensure you send to the proper person. Consultation forms will be sent to your email to fill out prior to the appointment. Please note, I do not work on other lash artists work, if you book an appointment and have existing extensions still on, it will require a removal add on service of $20.00.

Cancellation / Late Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give me a 24–48-hour notice, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Please, be on time for your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

Phones
Take this time to relax. Please, silence your phones. The less interruptions the quicker your appointment will go. Opening your eyes can cause burning and irritation.

Makeup
For the best application and retention, please do not come with makeup on. Wash your face thoroughly before your appointment.

Aftercare procedures are important to maintaining your lash extensions. By following these steps below, it will help you in maintaining good retention to make it to your two or three week fill appointments.
​
Wash your lash extensions up to two times daily with LASH shampoo and rinse with water. If you have an oily skin condition, then it would also be recommended to wash twice daily. It's recommended not to get the lashes wet for 24 hours after your full set or fill appointments.
​
It is recommended that if you choose to wear makeup you wash immediately after you remove your makeup and wash your face. It's not recommended to wear eye shadow, eye liner, or mascara. When washing your face, avoid using any skincare products containing oils and alcohol-free.
​
Avoid excessive heat near the lashes such as smoke.
​
Do not pick at your extensions or pull and avoid touching the lash extensions. Do not attempt to remove them at home.
​
Lash aftercare kits are sold for an additional $20.00 and come with all the necessary essentials to maintaining fluffy, full lashes. This kit will last a good two months.
