Preordered items have a turnaround time of 7-14 Days (Business Days). Once preordered items have arrived to US, shipping takes 2-4 days to arrive to you. All preorder items state that it will be available for preorder and these items are limited, once we sell out they're gone. If you place an order on a Friday, the order will not be processed until the following Monday. You will start counting the days that Monday.

 

If you can't wait that long, I recommend NOT purchasing a preordered item, and waiting for it to launch on our website showing In Stock. Please, understand that sometimes there are "shipping delays" beyond our control and you are agreeing to wait the amount of days listed above. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you immediately and ask whether you prefer a refund or to wait.
